Both Southern boys, Michael from the Missouri Ozarks and George from Midnight, Mississippi they both studied, Michael, clarinet, electronic music and composition at Wichita and Iowa City & George in the Mississippi Colleges, co-founded Ars Super Nova in Jackson and met at the Creative Music Studio.
